Parties and scope
These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that govern the relationship between you, our customer (referred to as “you”, “client” in these Terms) and Visa To Go Ltd, trading as AnyVisa (“AnyVisa”, “we”), for the provision of services by AnyVisa. If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have the authority to bind any business on whose behalf you seek to purchase services.
AnyVisa provides its service as a third party connecting you and the issuing authority (referred to as “consulate” in these Terms).
We deem an order received by us when we receive your order and/or its related documents and/or when you submit your order on our website.
By instructing AnyVisa to act as your agent for the provision of passports, visas and other related services, you agree to all the terms set out below. AnyVisa reserves the right to change these Terms without explanation at any time. All such changes come into effect once published on our website.
Information we provide — visa fees, processing times, and changes to them
AnyVisa will make every effort to provide accurate and reliable information and to process applications as requested. However, this information is outside the control of AnyVisa and subject to change by the consulate without prior notice, including but not limited to visa types and eligibility, consulate fees, required documentation, application forms, and processing times. AnyVisa shall not be held liable should it become impossible to proceed with an order as a result of such changes.
Following our guidance and advice
AnyVisa provides information required to process an order based on consulate requirements and guidance, and our experience and knowledge. We expect clients to follow this guidance and shall not be held liable should a client not follow it, in whole or in part.
Decision on visa applications
The decision on your order is at the sole discretion of the consulate and beyond AnyVisa's control. We cannot be held liable for such a decision should it not be what the client requested, including but not limited to eligibility, visa validity, type, or number of entries.
Our handling fees and changes to them
AnyVisa's fees are set out on our website and/or communicated separately, verbally or in writing. We reserve the right to change our handling fees based on the nature and complexity of your order and/or market level, without prior notice — such changes may be order-specific or service-specific. Should our handling fees change, orders already placed will be charged at the rates applicable at the time the order was received.
Invoicing and payment terms
Invoices are issued upon receipt of an order. Any outstanding balance must be settled in full before AnyVisa releases documents/visas/services ordered. In some instances we agree a credit period, which cannot exceed 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Payment terms and methods are indicated on each invoice and/or invoice email.
Cancellation of a service
If you cancel a service, AnyVisa will refund prepayments (1) in full if AnyVisa has not started processing the order or incurred related costs (such as consulate or invitation fees); or (2) less up to £65+VAT cancellation fee (depending on complexity), plus any costs already incurred. Applications cannot be cancelled and travel dates cannot be changed once submitted to the consulate — the service charge and visa fee apply in full. Withdrawal of already-submitted documents is subject to the relevant consulate's own policy and is beyond AnyVisa's control.
Limitation of liability
By submitting your order you accept the requirements, restrictions, and limitations on liability set out here, and confirm AnyVisa is not liable for any failure to comply with visa requirements for your travel, the action or inaction of any government body, or the performance of any third party such as delivery companies. Should AnyVisa fail to complete your order due to its own wrongdoing (not factors beyond its control), AnyVisa is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or incidental losses. Your sole remedy shall be the return of the AnyVisa handling fee actually paid, or £250, whichever is less. AnyVisa recommends not purchasing tickets or making financial commitments prior to visa issuance, except where specifically required by the consulate.
Documents handling and safekeeping
AnyVisa always endeavours to ensure safekeeping of clients' documents. However, AnyVisa does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to documents whenever they are not in our possession — including documents submitted to a consulate or in transit with a third-party courier. We often are not given proof of submission showing the list of submitted documents or the owner's name, as this is not standard practice at many consulates and delivery companies.
We do not accept liability for loss or damage resulting from acts of God, weather conditions, public enemies, war, strikes, or acts/omissions by public authorities. Cosmetic damage such as fold marks generally does not render a document invalid and is not considered damage — some authorities require us to staple company tags to original documents or fold documents around passports upon submission, which may unavoidably cause such marks.
Issued visas and passports
AnyVisa always endeavours to process applications per the client's request. It is the client's responsibility to check the validity of the passport, visa, or document issued — that it covers the requested period of stay, number of entries, and is valid for the trip. AnyVisa does not bear responsibility for consulate mistakes or misprints, but we are always ready to help if the client notifies us of any such issue upon collecting the passport.
Claims period
Any claims for compensation of direct costs arising from AnyVisa's wrongdoing must be filed within 60 calendar days from the date of our invoice.
Complaints procedure
If a client is unhappy with our service, they can email complaints@anyvisa.co.uk stating the order number, client name, and nature of the complaint. All complaints are reviewed by AnyVisa management, and we will reply within 30 days of receipt, explaining our position and any resulting actions.
Capturing, processing, and using personal information
AnyVisa collects, processes, and stores clients' personal information as required by consulates. Information is never shared or bartered with third parties unless required to process your order — including sharing with a consulate as required, or a delivery service to enable delivery of your documents. This is in addition to the Privacy Policy of this website.
